    Here is my New Yelli. 90% done. The Franken-chain and cheap cog are just temporary until my new cog shows up.

    Thanks, it's weighing in at about 24 pounds right now (bath room scale) so I'm happy with that.

    Do it Julie!

    32t front and 21t rear cog is the magic link for the Yelli.

    I want to put an order in for the new Nimble 9.

    Nice Yelli! that green is money! it was my 2nd choice. I wish mine weighed in at 24lbs... but i can't ever ride without a Reverb anymore!
    el cap, N9 will be great... the blue is stunning. I also like the TransAm 29... i'm thinking about switching to that already.

    Julie, it's not that bad... hahaha - but i do need to go to a 21T rear, will order one from Homebrewed soon.

    * edit *
    just checked the Canfield site... no more blue! booooo!

    Had to add this though. Of course the answer is "Yes", but it's still funny.

    You and Cory - you're both nutty! As soon as my hubby gets a ride, yelli is losing it's gears.

    Got my first ride in last night at the loop and the Yelli was amazing. The 32-20 was a little too easy but then again it was only the loop. I might even say it was the best feeling geo I've ever ridden (note: I've ridden friends 29ers but this is the first I've owned).

    As soon as i converted over to SS i was gitty. Full rigid feels more at one with the bike and it only took one ride to stop trying to thumb a shifter. Still working on gearing, but, so far 34x20 works well at my local playground (except for Powerpole climb). Got some HBC cogs on order. Those Niner cogs start deforming in short order.

    Sette Serum. Carbon fiber 26er frame setup as a 96er full rigid. Low 24lbs (in its current full build). My wheelset, crank, pedals, bars, and seatpost are all heavy. Could get lighter, but, is it really worth the coin? Probably not.

    The tensioner is a Q2 Chain tension master. Problem was, the arm on the Q2 mounted to the derailleur hanger was too short to fit even a 19t cog. I fitted the dual roller on a Origin 8 arm for extra length. Tensioners add a lot of binding and drag in order to stop slipping on my setup. This tensioner doesn't need a massive amount of force and gives really good chain wrap. BTW, Origin 8 also makes a dual roller tensioner. I just haven't tried theirs yet since this is working at the time.
