My turn. Here's my '07 Dawg Deluxe. Still looking for a new wheel set and maybe a new fork with 15QR :bang:. This Dawg loves climbing! I reinstalled the Wah Wahs the other day and I switch to the Shimano M-520 clipless from time to time (pretty darn good pedals for being lower end!)

I was thinking about one ring in the front or even a single speed. You think it would be easy to convert it to either one of those?

It comes set up as a single speed, with guide. Shows it spec'd with a 36 up front.

Jamer has the Cowan DS, and runs it as a single speed.

oh yeah, i played with it in Laguna all last weekend. the 65 degree head angle is so sweet. decends and handles rock gardens like a dream!!! i thought my reign x1 was a badass bike, but i'm sorry to say that it just got knocked down a notch. now the reign is my "little bike".
