I'm lovin the bike.

I have to get it dialed in but that shouldn't be too hard.
I think I am going to flip the BB to the lower side to lower the CG. The seat is the old one off my DH bike so I need to get a Lite seat. The grips were in a box that was on its way to the trash. Everything else on the bike I bought new. I am starting to like my heavy ergo green grips. They match my pedals. It's time to shop for a seat and maybe some grips.

The bike is around 22 lbs. Not bad.

Maybe lighter tires, tubes, and pedals, along with Ti hwr and seat. Maybe I can get it down to 20 lbs?
