My new Intense

Hey all. Just wanted to share a pic of the newest addition to my modest stable. It is an '03 Intense Tracer that I built up on somewhat of a budget but it still turned out pretty sweet. Includes Marz MX Pro 105/ ETA, King headset, LX crankset w/ int BB, Thompson seatpost, and XT drivetrain to name a few. It's my first build. My dad helped me out on it and I think it turned out pretty good.

Some what of a HUGE budget. Solid parts selection not a weak part in the bunch.

Nice PacMan!!! Like EK said, not a bad part selection at all. I actually bought a set of those new LX cranks with the integrated BB and am loving them so far. How much did you find yours for? PM me if you don't want to say it here on the page.

I love this frame cuz its sooo adjustable! You can adjust the wheelbase, travel and headangles? Which rear shock are you running?

I got them at my LBS--Bicycle Warehouse in Vista--for $125  \/  They always hook me up with crazy discounts because I spend so much darn money there.

I'm running XT cranks with int BB on my Enduro, and the LX's are pretty darn close in performance, though I've only got about 50 miles on them. I managed to get my XT's for $240.

I'm running the stock Fox Float RL. It didn't have ProPedal stock since it's an '03, so I sent it to Fox and had them install the upgrade for $80 before I built it up. I rode a friends' non-ProPedal equipped Intense before I bought mine, so I knew I wanted the upgrade right from the start.

I love it so far. A different ride/feel than my '04 Enduro Expert for sure. Not quite such a bomber on the descents, but it is a snappy climber and accelerates like a dream.
