there are trails that run through the resort, but as far as i know, there is not any lift-assisted riding.

No lift assisted riding. There is one trail that travels through the resort but I can't remember the name of it.

I think Blue Ridge is the name of the trail. Pretty dull trail to ski on, so I imagine it would be even duller to ride a bike on it. That said - the views would be awesome up there so it has that going for it.

The Blue ridge trail starts under the lifts and ends at the bottom, rode up there today the weather was nice the bugs wore light. The bar in wrightwood has good drinks and burgers. It is a good place to get a nice 50 mile ride on the road bike, the grade is gental and the traffic is light.

Like everyone said, Nothing to speak of in the ski area itself but lots of great rides in the Wrightwood area...

Jackson Lake trails, Manzanita, Devils Punchbowl, and many more - Sailor Ripley's the guy with the local knowledge.

If one is so inclined there are two trails (Acorn and Blue Ridge Trails) off Blue Ridge Truck trail that can be shuttled. Jackson Lake Trail can also be shuttled. Wrightwood is a great town to hang in after ride and the riding is excellent once you figure out how to piece the singletracks together. They may have the upper Blue Ridge Truck Trail gate open by know so you can drive up to Acorn Trailhead. Was there maybe a month ago and the gate at Guffy Campground intersection was locked.

I live about 15 min's from there in Victorville so if anyone is heading up that way on a Sat, Sun or Mon shoot me a PM although I'm not familiar with the trails yet I'm def. down to go scope it out.

Also couldn's say enough about Salior Ripley he's a great guy with a ton of local knowledge and is helping me get my bike up to speed also took me out with some other locals last Sunday.

Wayne Crosdale gave it a shot about 10 years ago with lift-assisted riding there but it only operated for one summer. Not enough trails to make it work.

I'm cleared to ride actual trails now after an injury so let me know if you want to ride up there and I'll be glad to show you around. Weekdays work for me too since I teach and summer is here! My favorite ride up there combines Blue Ridge trail with a trail off Table Mountain then back to Jackson Lake on your choice of 4 trails that end there. 8-10 miles of legal ST and about 20 miles total.

To me, shuttling makes no sense up there. Except for the trails down to Jackson Lake, there's lots of driving on narrow dirt roads for trails only 2 1/2 miles long. The bikes will be waiting for the shuttle vehicle at the bottom. The best shuttle ride there would be Manzanita driving up Big Rock Creek road from South Fork Campground.

I actually just went up there with Salior Ripley on Sunday great ride, the beginning climb is a little tough through the resort but the singletrack on the way down to Jackson lake is a blast. I'd def. be down to go again just let me know when and I'm there. Well Sat, Sun or Mon lol my day's off.
