Yo - Santa Cruz peeps you got issues. I'd be happy to help one of you by taking one off your hands, preferrably a 'Tallboy'

Oh Yeah, nice bikes everyone, I'm drooling......and thinking my pocketbook is going to get lighter soon.......

After a few successful rides of forcing myself to resist granny gear, I decided to remove the front shifter, front derailleur, Blackspire Stinger & bashguard and convert to 1x9 and run an MRP mini-G2. Not sure if it was a mental thing before (using granny just because it was available), the VPP or just plain new bike stoke but this bike climbs fairly well with a non-adjust 160 fork...whatever the case, the carbon Nomad has been pretty rad and has made riding that much more fun. Whenever I take the Lyrik back to Isotune for service I'll probably have the internal spacers removed and pedal the whole 170mm. 29.15lbs before the switch so I'm guessing she's in the 28ish lb range now.

Hey, he's got a butcher coming in. I'm jealous. If the loaner were his bike I wouldn't be so impressed.
Maybe he's just pumped to be a Santa Cruz owner.
Oh, also, as a correction to someone saying earlier that Santa Cruz translates to "Saint of the Cross." It actually translates to Holy Cross.
