Yes it is true, i was back in the saddle today, and boy did it feel good!!! I picked up Rob and met up with Gouge, Patrick and Sauce. We met at the R.P. entrance to LCWP and began our ride around 8:15. We hit some new trail I've never been on before, I dont know the name of it and then made our way to RattleSnake where we encountered a group of 10 riders who were coming back the "wrong way" on RS. Almost none of them yielded to us as we climbed to the top rest area before the fun part of the trail. We stopped at the top of the RockGarden to snap a few pix and take some lil video. GOUGE WILL POST THEM SOON!!! Propps to Sauce for chargin' RS on a hardtail that had a fork with maybe 90mm of travel, although it was a Reba. She did go down kinda hard but didnt let that stop her. She did really well. So we finished RS and then hung a left at Mach One which was fun to haul ass down and then headed over to I Think I Can. As we started to climb we saw DukeTheNuke and PhatTire heading up as well. We all shot the sh!t at the top for a bit before heading up the ridge and over to MissingLink and then Fenceline. We stopped along the way and took some more pretty good shots, GOUGE WILL POST THEM SOON!!! Finished up Fenceline then signed the clipboard back into LCWP and climbed out to the trucks. Stopped at First Class Pizza for some "Porker" and then headed out. Thanks again to Pat for spottin' us at lunch today, I owe ya one big guy. I must say that I really enjoyed being back out on the dirt and I didn't even really struggle at all on any of the climbs....which really surprised me...

It was a good ride for sure, been two weeks for me since I've ridden due to my achey legs but today I was feeling like myself again. The pace was relaxed and we certainly had some entertaining picture sessions that I know GOUGE WILL POST SOON!!! Saucey Sarah did very well out there, hopefully we didn't creep you out too much with our weirdness The big group going the "wrong way" on Rattlesnake was just awesome, good times!

I will say the after ride "porker" pizza has done a number on me, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Man word travels fast, how did Craig already know Tuesday might be moved to Dino's :?: The real reason is that Bret is worried his new chic won't let him go to Hooters.....but you didn't hear that from me :-$

Good RR Bret, and good seeing you back on the saddle. Very fun ride guys. Great pace with a nice combination of climbs and descents. Way to be Sauce. Hung in there all day. Bring more water next time ](*,).

i missed riding behind rob and hearing his farts and burps....but seriously, i dunno what kept me away for a month...i've been riding del cerro here and there during the week but havent gotten out for a real ride in a long time. i think i was experiencing some burnout or something...it is almost too hard to explain how good it felt to be back out though meng.

Yeah, my water does taste pretty shitty. Straight from the tap. Ever since I filled my pak with cytomax and forgot to wash it out for a week, nothing that goes in there stays fresh. Oh well, what doesn't kill us....

Rob, you were loving that pizza going down. Sorry you are having a hard time with it. It was mighty tasty on my end. Even the old lady liked it. Half a piece filled her up.
