For all of the LA fans out there, you may be interested in knowing that he's on Strava -- under his nom de guerre (or for you Lance fans -- alias) Juan Pelota. I was checking out some segments and saw that someone had the KOM by 5 minutes on a 14 mile climb and it was some guy from Austin.
I'm not a fan, but to beat the next best time by more time than what separated the top-15, on a Tri-bike no less, is humbling.

I think he was pissed because he knew all the haters were going to post videos(which they did) and talk shit(which they did) and say he ignored his daughter(which they did) and in general make a big worthless stink because they are angry he hasn't been taken down yet so this is their way of getting a bit of revenge. No matter how insignificant!
But it is embarrassing!
Well yeah, there's always other reasons to be pissed later. But I think bonking and then getting screwed on the line by a stoked tri-guy, was enough for Lance to stick his head in the sand and wish it away. For such a fierce competitor as Lance, that last minuite move was simply brutal.

Lance got beat plain and simple - run thru the line; only has himself to blame.
I think he was pissed he got beat; probably half at himself and half at Jordan Jones.
I really wish I knew what he mutters under his breath right after the line - probably something like "Way to go jackhole!"
Even though it was for 6th in the race, it was also for 2nd as this was a USA Championship event.
As far as ignoring his daughter; he didn't really.
He was struggling on the run, just got pipped and was pissed on a hot day. Noone really sees or hears anything at that point, he probably just wanted to get in the tent. I'm sure all was smoothed over with them.
