I did another docent led ride with IRC again on Saturday. This time "Single Tracks of Limestone and Red Rock Wilderness" which was sort of singletracky I guess.
Basically Limestone fire road over to and up Cactus fire road and then finally Limestone Ridge Singletrack and the new Creek Trail singletrack. After that, more fire road over to Red Rock Canyon, the wrong way (up) Raven Ridge which is the best downhill singletrack in that park by a mile. Then down Tukuut which is actually pretty fun singletrack. Up Trail #1 and down Trail #2 and done.
The ride skipped a lot of available singletracks ... Dripping Springs, Box Springs and Raptor in Limestone ... Trail 5 in Red Rocks. Not sure why considering we finished around 10:30 and the schedule was until 12.
Still a fun ride and an entertaining group of about 20, including docents. The scenery from the end of Creek trail to Red Rocks is interesting. I should have gotten some pics, but was busy chatting since I am such a gregarious, friendly type.
