well, while doing a gearing change for a long ride tomorrow i found out my rear hadley had a bearing preload problem.

so, i had to switch to my spare, training rear wheel, a few pics below;

yo, FoShizzle....here is a great way to get you one9 down to 18 lbs...loose the rear brake, all those spacers and cog....bolt on a smaller, ISO fixed gear cog. i got a a spare i can let you try

Fixed is fun, but I don't think I have the guts to ride fixed off road. I have enough problems with obstacles on the road.
