Long time rider from South Africa (the back yard was our trail) . I've been out of MTB'ing for a long time now (7 years) - but after finding this site and geoladders the bug has hit me again! It took me a while to figure out what bike to get (all the manufacturers in SA are different) - but I finally found a good deal on a Specialized Enduro (don't mock me too much). Hope to see some of you guys out there on the trails - I'll be the one coughing up a lung on the hills as I get over my rustiness.

Welcome to the site and IMO there is no shame in coughing up a lung or two, heck I might join you in coughing one up if we meet on the trail
