Please be sure to post a review once you get a firm opinion on it. I have a friend who is considering a Reign 2 and neither one of us know anyone who owns one. He test rode one in our LBS's parking lot, but that doesn't count for much.

Planning on taking it up to Chesbro (?) this weekend for some trails. I wasn't sure on the colour until I saw it in person. It's pretty sweet & has a great groupset! Just need to change the tires. I'll be the one flaying past you!! ;-) Will keep you posted...

I'm with you, I need to hear more about it. I've seen a few on the trails and the word so far is good.But I don't think I've ever talked to a rider on a new bike that said h their bike sucked. I looked real hard at the Reign before I decided to stay with Turner. You really can't beat Giant for the money and their bikes always perform very well.

Super sweet ride!! The VPP / Maestro rear sus system works a treat. No pedal feedback it's protected with a carbon case. The 36 Talas is a treat no-one should be without. Super plush 6" travel fork. The through axle design is a pain to take off & replace, but hey what do you do, it's good & stiff. The groupset is great, Gaint chose really well, XO rear mech, XT front, X9 triggers & Hayes brakes. All the Race Face stuff is really nice especially the seat post. I'll ride the wheels into the ground & get some Mavis XCross maxx XLs next year. new bikes come with the Kenda tires, a little heavy, so I got the Tioga Blue Dragons, super sweet...

P.S. I'm 5' 9 1/2" & 155 Lbs & the 36 Talas is great for me.
