I wasnt sticking to the 4 week mark as ive broken my other collar bone and know the healing time.......it was 3 months before I could get on my bike after I broke that one.....oh well
So I went to my ortho and he let me go back to work woohoo.....Now the weird part...Last visit he said probably 1-2 months before getting back on the bike and I went yesterday and he said he thought I would be ok doing light mtn biking. Kind of weird. What do you guys think?
If you liked riding on the road that would be an option but since you don't I would say relax and have another beer...:bang:
Blackstar would probably be good PT. Stick to fireroad stuff, take the descents super mellow, and don't crash.
I don't think ANYONE wants to see Tom kitted up roadie style...I think that's why SteveC broke up with him. LOL
I think you should come ride the loop with me (and stay away from drainage ditches) since i gave you all that SS stuff!:lol: Sunday is looking good.:-k
you guys are hilarious.....Thanks for the offers to ride with you guys but Im so dang out of shape now that I would slow you guys way down. Im actually not too worried about bumps too much. Im more worried about climbing with the SS. I tend to use my arms to pull on the bars while I push down with my legs on the pedals on steep climbs. I really think this pulling would be very uncomfortable and is scary....I dont want that bone coming apart any time soon. As for fully loop I dont like her (yes I just decided she is a girl) She totally screwed me and no you arent going to see me on a road bike.....Dont get your hopes up. LOL
Robert, you are his friend, you have to convince him Fully is somewhat safe, if you stay on the trails.](*,) Maybe point out the fact that he moves to Anaheim to be closer to the loop and now he won't ride it, WTF:lol:. Where's he planning to ride?:-k See you guys Sunday?8-[
