personal best is 56 minutes, 11.2 Miles at the loop. Under 50 is pretty F'n Impressive!!! gained some weight and havent ridden as much since then but did 58:23 today 11.15 Miles. I will get 50 Minutes damnit!!! i wanna see my name on the leader board....

From from house it's a 20 mile loop in an hour and a half.

I don't have a computer so I time myself with the clock on my phone. Best time so far is 60min. I'm not sure on the milage but my route always includes the "extra credit" i.e. dam climb and Blair Witch. I basically take the long way at every point there is an option.

My times also include the time wasted having to stop for red lights. Do bike computers only count the time you are moving or are these times a record of how long it took with neccesary stops?

Anything under an hour is really good! I was really pushing it when I got my personal best. I'm riding a carbon 29er hardtail too so I guess I'm cheating

Its always good to bust out your fastest time at the loop, but find myself screwing around in the fun sections too much to actually make good time though. :beer:

The computers count time spent at a light too. I've thought about stopping and restarting it but; figured if I did that at some point I would forget to start it back up and blow it!!

You said leaderboard earlier so maybe you're on Strava?

Strava counts elapsed time just like a real race. Stopping and starting the timer won't change your results.

My best is 1 hour 9 minutes starting from the courthouse and back. I take all of the off shoots that I know of along the way I think it ends up being 11.3 miles. The good news is on Jan 1 when I got back on the bike after a 7 month layoff my time was 1:27

Nice man! Yeah thats the same stuff i do too and im gettin the same milage reading on my gps. Nothin wrong with 1:09!

I can do the "super" loop on my ss between sunrise and sunset. That's right, I leave in daylight and return in daylight. Boom.
