    Great pics, Shortfuze!

Andy (bluefirepictures) your pics get better every time!

It was tough dealing with the heat! I ran out of water half way through the second run. #-o

I think the best seat in the house was the family watching the last rock garden from their pool!

I posted my link on your thread on MTRB, hope you dont mind.

Your son races right? If you want any pics just let me know.

That was quite possibly my favorite Fontana course of the year. I just wish it hadn't been so hot. It really sapped my desire to spend more time practicing, which came home to roost during my race runs. First run wasn't awful, but I sure felt awkward and slow. Ended up 4th.

    Second run:

So much for holding on to that 4th place.

My hat is off to the photographers and spectators that braved the heat this weekend. I got to go sit in the shade between my runs, you guys weren't so lucky. Thanks for being there to cheer us on and document our efforts.

    Mas Fotos

I skipped racing and was out there shooting too. I now appreciate more all the photogs that are out there for every race shooting regardless of the weather conditions. It was so hot that at one point I started smelling bacon. Then I realized my fata$$ was frying out there. Kudos to all the racers too. I would've suffered from heat exhaustion just lining up at the top of the course. It was my first time shooting an actual race as much as this so sorry about some of the boring shots. Anyway, on to the photos.

Just kidding. That's not really him but I really wanted to post that pic for some reason. TkCastle was suffering heat stroke out there as much as I was.

More photos to come though as I took nearly 300 photos. In the mean time, you guys can check out the ones I've uploaded here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/adrian_q/sets/72157621502265396/detail/. Full res photos are also there. If you want full full res photos PM me and I'll try to get those to you.

Thanks to TkCastle for lending me his lenses. I hate him for that now because I want them!!

    All photos uploaded!

Don't taze me bro! But for real thanks for letting me borrow those lenses. I gotta get used to the image quality now. As well as work on composing photos. Speaking of pics, below are more!

EC don't need no stinkin' corners
    [IMG]
He cut that corner so close! EC sucks about your flat and crash mang! Still amazes us noobs that it didn't stop you from railin

    Neh-haaay-paa-haaalm!!
Never seen Palmer race before and seeing him that day was pretty cool. Orven's a bit more motivated about racing now considering he's older than Palmer by like 10 years. Old guys rule!

That chicane section of the course sure through everyone for a loop. But it made for good roosting
    [IMG]

So hot...the weather I mean. So much so that TKCastle got all loopy on me. Sek-say!

In Fontucky they give away dirt baths fo' free99
    [IMG]

Initially, I thought DHMike had a bit of trouble with this section because it was off camber and so loose. Then I realized he just got a bit nervous cuz he saw E-dub on the track.

The ladies were rockin' it too. I like this pic a lot for some reason.

Speaking of ladies: simple black and white kit. And fast! I like.

Looking WAAAY faster than DirtyMike: crashed rider straightening his bars

FoesNasty giving me the bird for telling him to lay off the brakes
    [IMG]

    Some fast dude
    [IMG]

This guy had the worst luck. Fell in the off camber section.

Got tape wrapped around his hubs
    [IMG]

    Fell at the next drop
    [IMG]

And then again in front of TKCastle who proceeded to heckle him for falling like 8 times. You're horrible Mike
    [IMG]

I started making my way back to the cul de sac eventually. It got so hot. I couldn't even sweat anymore.

So I waited near the finish line to show the Z class some love.

    DHMike finishes up

    Support the no0b classes!

That's it for this race. Again, all uploads and full size photos here. Sorry if I didn't get you. The heat was playing tricks on me so I'll try to shoot everyone next time I decide to sit out a race.

    Ciao!
