Sorry, my bad, I was in "G" class. I was either 746 or 764...can't remember.

    I was in "G" class, so maybe 746. I thought I was 764, but I guess I'm wrong. Thanks for looking!

The day started pretty bad for me, took a couple of runs but couldn't nail any of the lines I practiced on Saturday. Hiked up to spectate the lower rock garden and almost missed the last shuttle. Once back up top everything just seemed to click. I was able to put together a good enough run to nab 1st in the 35-42 sport class.

You must have the number right as 764 is that N rider. But I have to ask how did you get the class letter confused?

Well I was trying to ignore all the prerace post but now that the race has come and gone I had to read it all. I finally rehabed may jacked up back. Went out for a warm up XC ride wednesday and jacked my shoulder really good so I skipped the race today. Sounds like everyone had a good time dispite the winds.

Congrats to all and hope to see you in a couple weeks.

I really missed seeing everyone today :(

I woke up this morning feeling a littl crummy so I decided not to race. It sounds like the wind didn't exactly make it a picnic anyhow!

it was a good day overall. got up early and did 2 runs with tmac and happy gilmore. felt okay on the first, great on the second, and then decided to take it easy for the race. race went okay, but I wasn't particularly happy with it. whether that be due to actually doing poorly, or me just being an anal perfectionist, we may never know though.

basically, my gamble to take my clips for pedalyness didn't really pay off. left foot wouldn't clip in on the start, then came unclipped after the first rock drops, then again on the road to the suttle road (just peadling #-o), and then it was fine. also swung the turn out of the bowl too wide, and ended up in some stupid, powdery stuff that killed my speed.

overall, I got 7th in sport 19-26, with a 2:36:49. pretty much 7 seconds out of the lead, but I know I made a ton of mistakes. still, happy with the result. more importantly, I had a TON of fun, and had a great time riding with lots of cool people. arguably better than winning.

could be leaned more, but I wasn't really moving to fast right there

if anyone happens to have anymore of 251M I'd be stoked to see them
