Well it's been 4 months since I've ridden at El Moro and want to go check it out tonight. If anyone wants to join me I'll be in the lot around 5:15ish

Well I took my usual route last night, through the canyon, up I think I can, back to missing link/fenceline, redtail/rattlesnake, up Mach one and down No Dogs to the car. I was expecting the fireroads to be a bit softer than they were since they've all been graded, however they weren't in that bad of shape. I think I can is actually in really good shape. Missing Link/Fenceline are a bit overgrown but not too bad. Then comes rattlesnake, basically you become a human bushwacker.....BADLY overgrown through most of the singletrack. The rock garden seems to have gotten a bit more challenging towards the end which is good. The downhill run after the singletrack is pretty loose, as is Mach One. This rain will surely help out the fireroads a lot. Overall it is in pretty good shape considering how much damage had been done, and of course you don't have to deal with the crowds there.

Looks like you got in just before the rain. I guess I'll have to wait another 3 days until they open it up to bikes again.

Yeah Dino Antonio wanted me to wait till tonight to ride, sure glad I got that ride in.
