You're talking about doing this ride Wednesday 6/14 right? Calendar has this ride 6/12 (today) Did someone post there in error?

Alrighty, this time around I-and-I will join....me thinks...

At this rate I'll need it by then...it's only 2 pm on Monday and this week is already shaping up do be a doozy...

ok it sounds like only 4 or 5 of us are riding this thing today so one of em was asking how much should we do? Dean I was thinking of a little longer ride so what do u think? any ideas?:-k

Yes we can ride as long as you want. Just remember that longer in El Moro means climbing and lots of it.

Lance, Craig, thanks for the ride. We will put this ride into the different catagory. Thanks for being open to trying something different...you guys rock.

I did my first endo on a 29inch wheeled bike...escaped with a couple of minor scratches. Like most of my endos, to much front brake and weight not back far enough. I made the rock garden then endoed at turn at the end....the hard part was over. It felt like my front wheel went 90 degrees and over I went, but Lance did not think that was what happened. At least this endo did not take away my confidence, like some in the past. I have broken glasses before but this is the first time I have broken a set while they were still on my face.

There will be no pictures to protect the innocent.

was that the same spot we did last week? :D

Nice one Steppie!!! Glad you are okay, and it was only your glasses that broke. Pictures would have been awesome!!!

Yeah great ride yesterday! Really can't say for sure what you did. In a split second you went from cruisin' to face in the dirt! #-o

Forgot the highlight of the ride. A Red Fox came out of the bushes right next to Craig when we were climbing Emerald Canyon Fireroad. Lance and I were about 100 ft behind Craig, then the fox ran up the fireroad for another 50 ft towards Craig...so we all got a good look at him. That is one of the benifits at riding just before sunset, the animals are more active.
