    April Fools right? :)

No, you're not getting what I'm saying. What I mean is I LIKE it just the way it WAS. Working the tight sections is cool - w/o skidding. I've watched videos on this forum of people hitting that hard with skids and all-around bombing. That's not me.

I think the horsey people are winning out on this one. I keep saying that - I go down Old Emerald 4-5x a week. The horse people come up the trail in twos-threes. They want more room. Head over to Nix and ask the Rangers there. Hikers and horse people want more room to avoid the "MTB'ers flying down the trails."

Notice that the 'Area Closed' signs, on that little s/t section going up the hill just down from Ridgepark, have been changed to 'No Trespassing'. I've been stopped by rangers riding that and the Pie Lady section across the way. They tell me they're going to start citing people. My legs get shredded on both those and hope they don't change anything there either.

It was the Share crew I'm told. Emerald Falls was not on the agenda.

And, the horse people are not in on this.

Saw a big orange cone at the top of Old Emerald today, anyone know why?

I road BVD for the first time in close to 2 years and was happy to see it narrow, flowy and fun. It was in great shape and a blast to ride.
