drop some knowledge on me on colorado springs riding

Will eventually get off my lazy arse to do some research on my own but figured why not post up to the dozen or so peeps who are still the dying and bleeding STR to get the dillio on mtb riding in Colorado Springs. CO.

I will be there in July and hope to get in a ride or two. Will need to rent a rig as well do any dirt you have on the local dirt there and LBS to rent an AM bike would be appreciated.

Hoping you get something - in Denver now, was hoping to make it back to Keystone in 2 weeks for a 'girly' clinic. Hubby wants to take a look at CO Springs for a possible landing area after kids graduates from HS.

Their is epic riding in Colorado: Crested Butte, Durango, Fruita, Vail, Salida, etc., but I haven't heard much about Colorado Springs.

A lot of vertical stuff in COS. Bear Creek area "Chutes", "Cptn Jack" etc will climb higher than most people go.
