Del Cerro on Sunday the 25th (8am?)

Great chance for some of the OC people to try out a new fun trail. Another Del Cerro video will be up in an hour or two with some more footage to give you an idea of what the trail is like.

There's something for everyone here and it's surprisingly fun (aldo and skipp can vouch for that). Climbing is moderate which should help if it gets a bit on the warm side.

Start time is tentatively 8am but we can change that if people need more time to drive up or anything.

From the south: take the 405 north -> 110 south -> exit PCH and head north on PCH -> left on crenshaw -> drive straight up until you get to Del Cerro park.

looks like i missed ya george.. i didn't know you were going to park in the actual park parking lot.. i ended up parking by the gate since i saw a lot of cars there..

pretty fun trail, but i got lost a couple times trying to figure the trail out.

I'll PM ya my number, just call next time you come out there and we'll find a spot to meet at. What trails did you hit? There's a surprising amount of trails there, just gotta know where to look. Just today some guys took Matt and I down a new one and there's another one that I'll try next time I go. Matt and I (and some SBF guys) rode badlands and the trail on the right with the jumps. Matt took off and I hit slalom twice. Saw Sean Evans finishing up Rocky Road (I think that's what it's called?) and climbed up with him. Good times!

i have no idea what the trails are called, i just hit all the singletrack i could see. some pretty sweet jumps/drops around there, but i didn't hit them since i had no idea they were coming or how big they were
