Sorry couldn't find a recent post on this so. Anyways, I was thinking about riding up Coal Cyn on Wed. 3/28/12 or going on a road ride!!

How does this place handle the rain? Also, will it be open, since it is a part of Chino Hills State Park?

Better after a rain, coal can get soft and loose from truck traffic.
