Does anyone know where I can get a set of Chris King Classic Hubs at a discount from retail? Or, a pre-assembled wheelset w/ CK Hubs?

I would try The Path in Tustin. They seem to have really good prices. Ask for Tawni (I know I'm spelling it wrong) or Carl, those guys rule!!!

Sun-Ringle makes the DS2-XC and DS1-XC. Both are awesome rims, the 2 is sleeved, the 1 is welded.

Tani and Karl (correct spelling for both) are great. Great service, honest. I buy everything from them.

Plus, they have some great rides on Sunday morning. Good group, varied trails, no pressure. Just plain fun. And I don't mention their Bike & Beer ride they do twice a year.
