How many of you would (seriously) buy a STR shirt? We're trying to gauge interest so we have an idea of how many to order for the first 'batch.' Final design isn't agreed upon yet, but should be nice shirts.

We don't know prices yet on them but I'm personally hoping to be able to sell them for less then $20 each. This obviously depends on their cost and stuff.

If shirts are a success then we'll probably end up doing jerseys and/or socks also.

For me it's dependent on design and the t-shirt material itself. But more so with the later...

I just bought a couple of Turner t-shirts off their website and hate to say this but I find them not comfortable at all IMO anyways. Things that I didn't like about them are the crew necks ride up to high on my neck, not so comfortable to me, another thing i didn't like is the cotton material they used... way to thick and rough as a t-shirt for me. I have washed them about a dozen times hoping to soften them up but no luck... if you had them made/constructed like the Fox t-shirts, then I be definitely in. Those Fox shirts are so soft, comfortable and breathable I'd pay even more money for what they retail for...

Gonz, I'll rework the design tonight and then post it on here, maybe you can insert the front design into the thread for now, as I am going to change the design on the back. Count me in for a couple as well eh.

Remember, the design is meant to give a quick and easy read, and is going to have a similar look to the smaller decals we made earlier. This will keep the STR brand on track. Thus, I used the same font and also took the stars from the smaller decal and worked them into the shirt design. In my opinion the design reads well, conveys a sense of ruggedness often associated with mt. biking.

Here's Bret's prelim design of the front.

I'm a huge poser so I'm down. I would be down with the jersey idea also. Hell if you put a patch on a polo shirt I would wear it to work. Imagine that, "Sir, I Special Agent Ponch from the STR and your under arrest, oh and I'm collecting this Nomad as evidence"

Just throwing an idea out there. How about some jerseys?
That's in the plans also but probably a bit later. Custom jerseys will sell for around 70 bucks though.

YUp, I'm with Jose, that made me LOL!:D

I'd be interested in a few... Size L. Jerseys would be nice, with no pockets in the back. Camlebacks eliminated the need for them.

I'm definately interested and will buy regardless of what the final design is....BUT, I really think those stars just look gay :-s
