Cheap Dewalt Tool Set On Craigslist

I have been watching CL and noticed not once, but actually 3 toolsets worth $650 each going for $400 and they all say that it was a gift. I am not buying their ideas.

I was wondering if you know why they are selling so cheap? or ????

Ive noticed that to, There are a few things you want to look for location for example these office marketing geeks move in there new home in Mission Viejo and the wife wants them to change some things, they go get a pack do the job and then sell them on CL they dont want tools in there garage they want the beamer there! that happened in my favor, another thing is pay attention to the sellers address if you see multiples of the same address and tools he's yanking them off the back truck or pulling the over stock out eather way your getting a deal. the worst that could happen is you loose the stuff and point the perp out in a line up ...but i dout it
