I'm not sure if much is going on these days here at STR but here is something for those who are still around. Up here in Kernville we have been taking advantage of the lack of early season snow. The Cedar Canyon ride is the much lesser known sibling ride to the Cannell. I suppose in many ways it would be the evil sibling. It is more technical, more remote, and more taxing than its more popular counterpart but oh so worth it for those who are up for the challenge. Here are some highlights. Awesome! Good production value too!

More details on the trail would be awesome too, distances, elevation, etc. There's so many places to ride and so little time!

P.s. that exposure portion looks like a mountain goat trail or something.

Check out the website, kernriversierra.com. a couple of the riders in the video run the website, and also make a matching map with the same name. Invaluable resource for Kern Cyn riding and more.

    Thanks for posting.

The exposure section (4:00 mark) was pretty awesome.
Reminds me of a few of the "high exposure" sections in the San Gabriel's.

Are all the trails still rideable?
Cannell. Just Outstanding. Wagy. Camp Nelson....
(cold weather is a non-issue... Mud / Poor trail conditions / Snow are issues)

    Thanks again!
