How often do you wash your camelbak? I went to go wash mine today and boy did it wreak! I'm not talking about the bladder, btw. I always stick that in the freezer.
my dad washes his after every time he wears it... but thats because he wears it for SWAT and he has to wear it to training and whatnot so it gets gas on it and all that goood stuff... but as for mtb i would wash it after you sweat alot wearing it... i havent washed mine yet but ive only used it twice and it doesnt smell yet
When it starts going on rides without me. Seriously, whenever it gets really muddy and/or crusted w/ dried sweat. Bladder every couple months, usually just soap and water. Will hit it with some diluted bleach water if its gotten a little funky.
i do it yearly - cleaned the little drinking part that goes in my mouth - I scraped some NASTY BLACK STUFF out of there - apparently I should clean it more often!
when the white lines of sweat salt spell out "wash me please"..:?:.....then into the wash machine. Bladder is in freezer, but wash that every few months.:lol:
Wash it? :-k J/k - Just did mine a little while ago. I only use water in the bladder, it gets washed when it needs it.
