    I've got a 2000 Trek 6000 that is currently undergoing a rebuild for trailbike usage. My current project is repaint, hopefully it will look something like this barber pole / candy cane rendition

    Since swapped out LX cranks for Truvativ Stylo's and the rear Rampage is gone, replaced with a SB8.

    Here is my bike (also just posted in the "Introduce Yourself" forum). Just took it out today for the inaugural test ride at CHSP. Worked flawlessy except I got a rear flat. Took the tire off and realized that in my haste and excitement to put the bike together, I never put any rim tape on the wheels. #-o

    SOmeone back onpage 1 said 5.5 was to short for AM? Am I totally out of the scene cuz I thought 5.5" was AM? Longer used to be FR but now I'm not quite sure. Of course I haven't ridden a bike more than twice in 6 months and both of those rides were road rides so who knows.:?:

    Freshly built Trek Remedy 8. I took off the XT drive train and added X.0 Rear Der. Shifters, and cassette. FSA composite bash guard. I havent even gotten to ride it yet.
