Ride Report Aliso SSufferfest (my cr@ppy ride report)

maybe in February :) it's a toss up between AW and Fully loop...but then that ride out there at Rose Plateau that Rob just rode looked really good as well...defintiely something different and it woudl be good to give our IE brethren some love now that we've had one in San Diego

it wasnt it was a prelim

Duan wants to get into some better SS shape, so when the SS noob ride happens, he'll smoke all our azzes

...that and Marcel will keep riding solo on his "secret training rides" for the exact same reason as Duan.

....and I'll show up, thinking it's a SS noob ride and be perma-caboose, huffing and wheezing all back of the bus...

fully loop? not the hardest SS suffer fest. I've only done the loop once and there was nothing that seemed anywhere near as what we threw down on saturday.

why not san juan, if we really wanna suffer...
toads ride? (up holy jim, over main divide, down trabuco)

When is the "main event?"
Ethan, sorry I did not get a chance to introduce myself...I was too busy trying to keep Justin off my tail:lol:...which doesn't really happen but a fella can try!

dude- you rocked it! and you kept him behind you up to mathis, so that should count for something

nice to e-meet you:lol:

next time, us big boys on big wheels can throw our weight around more (230lbs here)

well the discussion of SJT was brought up but some good points were made that it was a REMOTE location it wasnt neer BEER LOL soo yah that's the primary reason(s).

this looks fun

gawd- it looks like Whiting way back when it was swoopy and fast (and not crispy). that looks like some fine riding. you could probably run that 17t I gave you there. 500 ft ascent in 7 miles? sweet.

i can definitely run something smaller than what i'm running LOL

It would be in your BEST interest to run something smaller on your SS:lol:

Ethan, anytime you want to do a Big Boy ride- I am at 235 lbs- let me know...those little guys could always use a whooping:bang:at least in the 1st 100 ft:lol::lol::lol:

Gee, grasshoppers...

Sorry I missed this, but God was calling on Sat (men's retreat in SD) and he's a guy you want to listen to. I would have loved to come out an supported all the new converts. My SS is getting lonely again... I rode the squishy bike on Sunday afternoon on Chiquita Ridge....

Time for back to basics!

it's a love fest :) ;) not a hate fest LOL i dunno maybe CHSP i was just thinking somewhere where most of us havent ridden and it would be cool to give the IE some STR group ride love
