So what it all comes down to is The Path, Adrenaline, and Switchback are all great shops, just different perspectives on personal experience? That is the big three, but there are other shops that people use just as well.

There are many other shops, I do a lot of shopping at The Path as well, but feel more at home with Adrenaline. I'd check out other shops also but haven't had any reason to check them out because the two have everything I need. Unless one day I stumble upon a new shop of course I'll take a peek.

Just one more place to spend money is all that is.

Another satisfied customer. They hooked me up with this yesterday.

Built it up last night. Just got back from it's very first ride. Great bike. Exactly what I was looking for.

I just went back through my log and see I took 4 minutes off my best time for todays ride and I wasn't even trying. I think I'll keep it.

I was thinking I should have recognized you, but I don't think I've seen you without a helmet.

After riding Turnbull last weekend I realized that the frame I purchased did not feel right and I needed to stretch out a little more. I dropped in on the guys at Adrenaline, where I bought my bike, and explained my problem to Jesse and Dave. I mentioned that I thought I might have the wrong size frame and just expected them to help me out with a discount on a stem or longer cranks since it had been 6 months since I had purchased the bike. When Jim heard that it was the wrong size he said they would switch it out no problem and no charge.

I took my bike in yesterday afternoon and first thing this morning Neil called me to let me know my bike was ready. Neil informed me he replaced all the cables and even the chain since there was a kink in the master link, and there was no additional charge. The only items I paid for were for some new items I purchased.

The quality of service I get at the shop never ceases to impress me and I just wanted to say thanks to the guys at the shop for taking such great care of me.

Another thumbs up for Adrenaline!!! Neil took great care of me Thursday afternoon when I came in with my new Turner 5 Spot frame. He broke down my Kona Dawg and swapped all of the parts (that were swappable) from that on to my new Spot. When a question came up about cable routing, he had no problems going to the Turner website and seeing what DT recommended, (some shop guys wouldn't take the time to do that, and they'dd just do it their own way). Neil was very meticulous when it came to mounting the front deraileur and getting the optimal alignment just right. The end result was a crisp shifting, tightly built bike!

My only regret was me leaving without buying an Adrenaline Bikes shirt, #-o

    Thanks Neil!!!

Thanks to Neil and Jesse at Adrenaline for their input with my drivetrain noise problem on my SS. I left the shop with a SRAM chain to try out and found the root of the problem was indeed the chain and not anything else. All is silent now on my steed.
