Come on, the market is ripe out here. At least an indoor park especially with all these big box stores closed down and gaping potientail for obstacle riding.

The old Kmart buildings in South Glendale/L.A. and Tujunga are ripe for this type of venture.

Huge parking lots and within a mile of the Fwy.

I was told that there were meetings in the last few days, that the terrain looks very flowy and workable, and that they are thinking of 3 lifts. I was also told that 2012 is the earliest it would be open. Nothing is really happening yet, but it sounds like it could happen.

If it's not dead it will be once a lawyer starts scaring them with possibilities of law suits.

Law suits and taxes, the two words a property owner hates to hear.

Anyone get a response to enquiries at all?

I have written and called to volunteer a number of services from myself and others as well. Everything from marketing to construction labor and machinery.

Not so much as a peep from the ranch.

I have inquired several times but never received any response.

I am assuming they either don't need help or nothing much is moving forward on it.

Until I hear different, I won't give it much thought.
