    I definitely have the legs of wobbly Bangladeshi goat because I top out at about 18, forget averaging 18. I have been riding ~100 miles a week for a month and have plateaued. I am stuck at 2025 miles per ride and ~14 mph average with 18 mph max. I suck. lol

    Legs were a little sore when i woke up - pain meter at 3. then i took an easy spin Sunday morning and felt better. then today, played basketball during lunch time at work.

    The taint is sore and i used very generous ammounts of chamois butter.

    My right calf is sore, does anyone know where i can get cleat shims for one leg being longer than the other?

    These are all normal for me after a longer ride due to personal bio-mechanic inefficiencies.

    I felt pretty good the following day. I went up do some lift assisted riding to, ahem, wash the roadie off. :)
