    Chris, people have been playing with the shimstack on the slant with good results. Maybe give that a try.

    Thanks, but it's only on my bike as a placeholder while my Marz gets tuned. With any luck, I'll swap it out today and it will have been on my bike for a total of three rides this time. I am terrible at working on suspension internals, so I would have to take it to shop for any work, even as simple as a shim stack. The Slant does the job in the absence of my beloved 55. It's good enough to do what I want to do, and just bad enough to make me happy when I put the 55 back on.
