Road Ride 2/6 Dana Point to Oxnard

The route will be PCH the entire way except for two sections that I need advice on. Are these sections bike friendly:
1. The traffic circle in Long Beach
2. The ~5 mile stretch before Oxnard where PCH becomes a freeway

This is going to be a very flat century and a quarter ending at the Oxnard Amtrak. If we can make it by 1445, we can take the train to San Juan Capistrano (1825). If not, there's another train at 1715 that gets back at 2150.

The meeting spot is Crown Valley and PCH at 7, which is ~5 miles away from the San Juan Capistrano station.
