Yes the Luge is legally accessible at night. Don't recommend pedaling up it, miserably difficult for most and a head collision would be bad, blind turns etc. Asphalt...yes we park at Cooks corner which yields about 1.8 miles to trailhead. However, after the first mile it turns off to Modjeska...

Congratulations. If I remember correctly, the flux has thinner walled tubing to reduce weight for raceresque rider experience. Time to slide the seat forward on the rails a tad and shorten the stem and get the right sweep on some bars. Enjoy. :-) Steve
