The 980 has 2 bodies, a spacer and two cogs....I've read reviews on the 990 and for whatever reason, they wear out faster. I'd actually love to get XTR cassettes but can't seem to plug the trigger on spending $219 for one.

Praxis is good. It originates from Santa Cruz, CA. Its very very light

climbing steep hills on this thing (XTR 11-32 cass) almost made my head pop off my neck, so I went to my LBS (yes I am loyal to the fray) and pussy'd out and bought the Praxis Works 11-40 to go along with the 42/30T

The bike is a nice gravel bike and asphalt commuter.

I have both tires on different bikes and I find the Minion II DHR rolls faster despite the tread on the Highrollers look more faster rolling. What do you prefer?
