Haha yeah. I started Mountain biking because it was fun, and it was a good way to lose weight. I started off at like 173lbs, now I'm high-150s. Trying to get my weight stable under 160. Over the summer I'm going to try to shave it down closer to 150. I know it doesn't sound like much but my cardiovascular strength and stamina have gone up SOOO much. Before I could barely climb up Cholla, now going up Cholla is like riding on a normal trail. Muscle weighs more than fat! When I was 160, I could barely jog 1.5 miles. At 170, after some riding, I could run 2 miles no sweat. Now jogging is really easy. Gogogo! On another note. ****ing pissed about finals.
Hey, over the summer want to get together with some other guys from Aliso and do some DH-oriented stuff? Stairsteps and Te... maybe we'll have the courage to clear Te, or rather, I will. Haha. We should do an all day thing where we get up kinda early, bring lots of water, do some DH runs, HAB, get some tacos or something over at Laguna, and do somemore runs. Epic >:D

I dont have eggbeater, i have SPDs and i like them i guess. Never tried the beaters so i dont know. The Float fork is pretty sweet. Handles everything i've thrown at it...
