Hey guys, I'm living part time in long Beach and have been a cyclist for over 10 years. I come to you for Boise Idaho, via Boulder CO. I generally ride a single speed mountain bike or cross bike. I'm looking for suggestions for single track in the area, and maybe the places to avoid. The closer the better, I've always had the luxury of living close to the trail heads but the situation in Long Beach is a little different. Anyway hopefully you guys got the scoop. ️ Frank Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
Welcome to Socal! While Long Beach doesn't have any trails within riding distance, it's about a 30 minute drive from some really good trails. If you head south, you can hit Aliso Canyon and Laguna Coast for some really awesome single track. These trails range from XC to some pretty technical stuff that World Cup pro's come to for the winter season. Aliso: http://www.ocparks.com/parks/aliso Laguna Coast: http://www.ocparks.com/parks/lagunac I also enjoy going to Santiago Oaks for some good riding.
