What's happening? I wanted to get some input from you regarding your IBike power meter. I'm (unfortunatley) only going to be able to race a really limited schedule this year so I'd like that time to be useful time.

I'm looking at the IPro wireless and I'd be curious to see what your wattage and power data looks like in the program. Also, what are your impressions regarding its accuracy.

Any feed back would be appreciated!

I have been on STR for a while now, just has taken a while to figure out the site. My daughter has a basketball game on Sat. so no pre-ride.

Thanks sooo much for hanging back with me. It was a fun ride. I still can't believe that I didn't totally eat it. Must have been the bushes.

We are doing the 17 mile loop from Geoladders. I think we are going to break off and do some more miles than the rest of the group. I personally have never been there, but some of the other guys I am going to be with have.

I tried that E-Fuel on Tuesday. Damn that stuff works great! I did a 2hr, 19 mile training ride and didn't have any of the normal problems I have with hydration or energy toward the end.

Thanks for the samples - I ordered a sample pack to try all the other flavors.
