Very sad to hear!!!! I can totally relate. I switched from an HMO to a PPO a few years back so that I can find my own Doctors, etc. One thing I noticed is that the Physical Therapy is covered for as long as the Doctor writes the prescription which has been very beneficial. I also use the Flexible Spending account so that I have $5,000 tax free to spend on medical bills not covered by insurance.
