Swung by the shop yesterday for some housing but it was late. I'd like to get together on some marketing gimmicks, thinking we could print up some coupons for a "free" half hour session/clinic on jumping skills or whatever it takes to get people through the door to see your BMX inventory. On the MTB side we could print up a "free" mini tune up (basically chain lube and cable adjustment) which will ultimately lead to recommending brake bleed, shock oil change, and Chain/cassette sales down the road. With just some shiny photo paper and a slick image it will be a great shot in the arm for the bottom line. Also me, you or preferably Bustos can do some informal street sessions to show newbs what's up, course I'd have to borrow your Black Market though...
