Haha yeah. I started Mountain biking because it was fun, and it was a good way to lose weight. I started off at like 173lbs, now I'm high-150s. Trying to get my weight stable under 160. Over the summer I'm going to try to shave it down closer to 150. I know it doesn't sound like much but my cardiovascular strength and stamina have gone up SOOO much. Before I could barely climb up Cholla, now going up Cholla is like riding on a normal trail. Muscle weighs more than fat! When I was 160, I could barely jog 1.5 miles. At 170, after some riding, I could run 2 miles no sweat. Now jogging is really easy. Gogogo!
On another note. ****ing pissed about finals.
