Question, I cracked my frame and need to have it sent in for warranty repalcement. Will the shop that I bought the bike at charge for the tear down of the old bike and build up of the new bike. I figure they probably will. Also, do bike manufacturers allow you to pay the difference and upgrade to a different frame, say a full suspension. Thanks in advance for your input. Hope all is well. Oh and thanks for helping my friend Steve the other day. We went riding today and he had a blast.
