Switchback continues to go above & beyond the call of duty. Every time I go in there, I'm amazed at their dedication to customer service.

Recently I had a warranty issue with my rim, 1.5 weeks before a big race. When I dropped it off they guaranteed that I'd have a wheel by race day. Not only were they able to get Trek to cover the rim under warranty, but when there was a shipping delay they went to bat and had Trek send an entire wheel.

It felt like they took my biking as seriously as I did. They knew the importance of breaking in a wheel before a race so they did everything in their power to make sure I had the wheel a couple days before the race.

And my good experiences aren't limited to this one instance. It happens every time I go in there, whether it be taking the time to calculate proper spoke lengths for my new wheel build, or painstakingly going through the Bontrager catalog because I insist on buying the exact seat that came with my bike.

I definitely recommend stopping by and checking out this shop. Thanks Switchback!

Came in on Wednesday to exchange some shorts and Sherri allowed me to get the size I wanted plus was able to get me the STR discount via return/rebuy! I didn't know about the discount when I purchased them the night before. Thanks, Cowgirl!

Props to Switchback- my first time there, took my SC Nomad in with a creak. Tim looked at it, tightened up the linkage, and the creak was silenced- 5 minutes, no charge. Picked up some Hoss shorts while there, another good shop in OC, will be back!

You want to buy a bike from Switchback.

I semi-recently bought an 08 Felt Dispatch (SS, aluminum frame, CF fork road bike) from Switchback. The whole process was easily the best of any bike I've purchased. Sherry, Tim and the crew treated me like a family friend, even though I was buying a low end bike at a discount.

Pre-sales communication was excellent. I sent Sherry an email question and received an after hours reply within 15 minutes. No joke.

The day of the sale was also a pleasure. They answered all 3000 of my bonehead questions (this was my first road bike in over 20 years) and patiently swapped out the stem several times and waited while I test road the bike. To top it all off they offered unbeatable financing and nice 15% STR discount.

After I road the bike for a couple of months I went in for a fitting. Tim is pretty much the ultimate bike geek. I've paid big money for a fitting before, and quite frankly Tim did a better job. He also did a tune up of the bike while I was there and "undid" all the mistakes I made on the bike in about 10 minutes.

Thanks Switchback. I couldn't be happier. Now if we could just get you start selling Giant bikes...

Yeah, they're good people. I bought my Felt there and after more than a few returns for gearing issues, they never said they couldn't work on it, just kept tolerating me and my questions and now she's all happy - thanks to Rich and SB :).

Picked up my new Heckler today!

I want to thank Sheri for all the time over the phone answering all questions and helping me build my Heckler to my needs.

Thank you Tim for taking the time to go over everything on the bike with me when I picked it up.

I will definitely be back for service and upgrades.

I know I made the right choice in purchasing my Heckler at Switchback!

I took my bike in today for some last minute work before my trip to Mammoth...."No problem" was the answer to get it done by tommorow and they actually called me back about 2 hours later to tell me it was ready to go.

    Great service out of here.

Oh yeah, well one time I went in there and J was eating a hot dog from PCH and he didnt even offer any.

I have to say that Switchback is one of the best LBS I have ever been in. I like the mom and pop feeling of the place. Both Tim and Sherry are on the top of their game and I recommend everyone to go there. It's nice to go to a store and be greeted by your first name. I have bought 2 bikes for myself there and one for my wife and both of my daughters. Thank you Tim and Sherry and all the staff at Switchback:beer:
