I think he made it pretty clear. Someone owned a yarn store and it went under, so the leftover stock is in the garage.

    That's quite a yarn there.

Thank you. I'll be here all night.

    No really.

Actually, I've been in contact with Brendan because I wanted to buy some, but I believe the yarn is going to be donated to a Women's Shelter. I haven't heard back from him yet about it.

Just as long as you don't let anyone pull the wool over your eyes you should be ok. #-o

I actually know (knew) how to knit. In college all the guys where I was living went through a phase where we would get together to drink heavily and learn knitting from a girl who was living with us for the summer. Lots of fun. I knitted a big long scarf type thing.

You know what is funny? I've been knitting a while and I still don't make anything but scarves. I keep wanting to do other things, but my friends and relatives really like the ones I make (I do unique things with them) so I keep getting requests. One of these days I'll actually learn how to make something beyond a scarf!

When I was 15 I made a fugly orange sweater that only fit the right side of my body. You could make a lot of Cosby sweaters with that yarn. The possibilities...my mom would have an orgasm if she knew somebody was getting rid of that much yarn.
