S-Works Enduro.... uhmm... that frame design looks stiff! Has a space age look to it!

    I will never know.

Never was a fan of Spesh, even less so now. Primary gripe is that after a decade of ramming that Interrupted seat tube crap down our throats they switch to a rocker link (like everyone else uses) and hailed the weight savings.[-(

Their designs are even more fragile than their warranties, every time they break (which is quite common on some models) they blame the rider and offer them a step up in spec so long as they fork over the cash.[-X And speaking of specs, why is a 6" bike (pitch) that is more than $2k still coming with "octalink" cranks:?:? Every time one is bought I see the entire kit for sale in the marketplace:lol:, is it really that hard (on the margins) to equip it decently to begin with?

In my experience Trek does a much better job in terms of frame replacement and their bike don't demand nearly the same amount of attention. Spesh should just change their logo to the $ dollar sign since it's the only thing motivating the brand\\:D/.

The 08 Enduro's looked much more appealing...

IMO, even being a Specialized fan, they're going down the wrong path. They did great in their 08 Models, the Dual-Crown forks were very appealing, though they could use some work. Now with the 09 models, they use the Fox 32; the manager at the RnR says less people are gravitating to the Enduro. Now in the '10 Design, the bike looks very rigid and not very plush; and in my opinion, less appealing without the Dual-Crown.

I can't wait to see how they ruin the Pitch and the SX Trail.

LOL..........I'd rather have a Fox 32 than a dual crown with a proprietary axle. At least I could buy more than one aftermarket wheelset for it.

05-07 Enduro has been the best so far.

    Super stiff
    Slack head angel
    Low bottom bracket
    Low leverage ration

The 2010 won't allow the use of a coil shock, lame.
