Hopefully the national forest will open in November so people can train.

I'm getting roped into doing my second CC (did it back in 2003, and that was enough for me). #-o Personal message to Main Divide: F-ck you.

Thinking of cruising the CC on a AM rig. But dam, can we get some Burrittos at the finish?

Cheese man! Cheese! Carne Asada too. I'm too lazy at the end to make my own.

Perhaps a certain Chinese Taco Truck can make it's debut then.

Finished my first CC last year, so I'm making the bump up to VQ this year. Rumor has it I might need to train this time around.

I'm still in the debating stage. Can't quite decide between CC and VQ. At the current fitness stage I'm leaning more towards CC, but we'll see

Carl, can I put in for a moo shoo pork burrito off the Chinese taco truck? That would be a great!! Is the truck taking pre-orders? Some Orange chicken taco's would be fantastic too!:bang:

Contact me(Sherry) at Switchback Cyclery(714) 628-3913 and I will start a list of people interested in volunteering. Just plan on it being a long long day if your interested...but well worth the time and effort to see everyone trying to accomplish the event.

I have vowed to do the CC until I make the VQ cutoff time, then I'll do the VQ next year.

So it's CC again for me.

I know there are a lot of people who totally disagree with me on this philosophy. Thing is, I don't see a bunch of people who finish the CC complaining that they wish they could ride a bunch more.

Then again, I have never been at the base of Holy Jim before the cutoff time to see them. Maybe they are?
