It that is the pub & gub listd on the flyer than that's where we'll be Friday night.

I know that several people are staying/camping at Jeff's house (thanks Jeff for being so kinda) and others are camping at the venue, for those of us camping at the venue, it would be pretty cool if we all could camp near each other. If we can't make that happen maybe we could at least could have an str area to just call home base.

We'll be up there early friday to set up camp.

Dude you'll be sad you missed out, think about how many :steppie:rides you'll get to do, plus now that your a climbing machine ;) how could you pass up so much fun :?:

You sure you want to camp near me? I snore kinda loud, then there's morning Dragon Breath to contend with, and I'm kinda like an old dawg, my stomach ain't so good anymore, so the results vary from morning to morning, but you don't wanna be downwind... if you know what I mean. Doesn't bother me much, cause I'm a bachelor, but I wanted to be respectful of my neighbors while camping, the female kind tend to not take kindly to it, the men, however, are competitive about it.

Not to intrude but I just wanted to post a quick good luck to all of the racers. You women kick some a$$ out there...no matter which class you end up in. Justin, good luck with the Box, hope you don't get that chainsuck thang again. Oh and Allison, who needs clipless pedals for XC....ride flats like I do!!!...uhhh okay maybe not if you wanna actually podium. Going to clipless this year is my biggest goal! Anyways good luck one and all and pop a beer for me!

Neil can camp with you then ;) he seems to have an upset tummy in the am too......

You just may be up for some stiff competition in that area, although I will say this - his bark is louder than his bite!

Dude, I was forced to do that one day at Gooseberry Mesa last Labor Day cause I neglected to pack my shoes... needless to say we bought me a pair of 661 SPD comp. shoes that I still have. I was much happier :D

Gotta have clipless if I'm gonna be climbing at all... Or really doing anything other than DH riding.

    No I don't.....

Being that I don't get to participate in the BIG STR camp trip (thanks to Wade Simmons) this is my big camp out, and i'd like to spend it with some friends

You'll be missed if you can't make it...But there will plenty of others that I don't get to spend much time with, that will be there

Long story.....but the jist of it is....Wade will be in town for another event and Adrenaline gets him 1st...So that means we are out.

I'm not sure what we're gonna do with him, but I'm sure Neils got something up his sleeve ;)

I'm assuming he'll be doing an Adrenaline Bikes event, so they have to be in town that Saturday.

Are you ditching my trip as well?? :)

    Here's An Idea...

Tell Wade there's something really interesting in your trunk. When he bends in to see, crack him in the noggin with something heavy (an El Taco Carne Asada burrito works nicely). Slam it shut and jam up to Hurkey Creek.

He should just be coming around as you arrive, so have everything set up like it's still a parking lot in Orange :welcome:. Act like nothing freaky just went down, then hand him a bike and tell him to "do something cool."
Hopefully he doesn't notice the trees. It could work.

Or not. O.K., I've got nothing. See you this weekend, at least. Going to be muy fun.
