    It was down. I came back from lunch and it was like that. Restarted the server. Looking into it the cause now.

    Update on the issue - disabled a new plugin that was put in a few days ago. Hoping that was the issue. If it happens again I might have to upgrade the server or do some serious sleuthing to figure out the cause.
