    Woodward West Ride Weekend ​

    October 16th - 18th​

    [​IMG]Dates: Friday, Oct. 16 - Sunday Oct. 18
    Riding areas: MTB hill (uphill transportation provided) and the Hangar, MTBs only
    Times:
    --Friday: Check in 2:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m., MTB Hill open 2:00 p.m. - dusk, Hangar open 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
    --Saturday: MTB hill open 9:00 a.m. - dusk, Hangar open 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
    --Sunday: MTB hill open 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Hangar open 9:00 a.m. - noon
    Who: Anyone 18 or over (must be 21 to rent a room). Families welcome but must be 18+ to ride. NO EXCEPTIONS.
    Price:
    Lodge Rooms: $135 per person for 1st night; $95 pp 2nd night.
    Non-riders $39 pp/nt. Must be 21 to rent a room. Single-day ride pass (no room): $50.
    Must provide your own equipment. Full-face helmet MANDATORY on hill; Pro Tec-type helmet ok in Hangar. Elbow and knee pads are required at all times.

    Sounds great but I don't have any pads so I can't go. Guess I'll race the BMX Nationals in Lancaster this weekend.

    So sorry you had to cancel the event. Just a suggestion, you might want to advertise sooner next time. I am on your mailing list and got the mailing last week.

    For future reference, many of us adults would love to come out for a day of riding. There really aren't enough trails available to make a weekend of it or justify an overnight stay. There are many of us who have come out for the races held my SRC and we love your facility and wonder why you don't offer some 1 day events.

    Sounds good! I would have only been able to make it up on Sunday, and $50 to ride from 9am - 2pm was a little steep.
